These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the site larnoviq.com, owned by Larnoviq S.A., Tax ID 30-71834562-9, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
1. Purpose
The site larnoviq.com provides institutional information and allows subscribing to receive updates about real estate crowdlending projects in Argentina. It does not by itself constitute a public offering nor an investment recommendation.
2. Acceptance
Use of the site implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using it.
3. Permitted use
The site must be used in accordance with Argentine law, public order, morals and good customs. Any use that may harm Larnoviq, other users or third parties is prohibited.
4. Registration and data
The data you provide through the subscription form must be true, accurate and current. You are responsible for its veracity and for keeping the confidentiality of your email address.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, graphics, trademarks, source code, design) is owned by Larnoviq S.A. or licensed to it. Reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Risks and disclaimer
Any investment in real estate projects carries risks, including the risk of partial or total loss of the capital invested. Past returns do not guarantee future results. Before participating in any project you must carefully read its specific documentation.
7. Regulation
Larnoviq operates as a Collective Financing Platform under the framework of the Argentine National Securities Commission, Registry No. 892.
8. Limitation of liability
Larnoviq shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the site. We strive to keep the information up to date but do not guarantee the total absence of errors.
9. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published at larnoviq.com/en/terms with its last update date.
10. Jurisdiction and applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute related to the site shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with waiver of any other jurisdiction.
